Faulty or damaged items

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the laws that apply to you. If your Shushband has a major fault, you're entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

If your Shushmate arrives damaged or stops working, open our contact form with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll replace it or refund you — no need to send anything back.

Our 100-night guarantee is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of us approving the refund. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
