Terms of service

About us

This website is operated by Shushmate ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and charged in that currency at checkout. We describe our products as accurately as we can, but colours on screen can vary slightly. If we make a pricing error, we'll contact you before your order ships and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

Delivery

Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. They are estimates, and we'll keep you updated if anything changes.

Returns

Our returns and 100-night wake-up guarantee are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any statutory consumer right or remedy you have under the laws that apply to you.
